Hi, and welcome to ®Draymatics. We are a B2B communication SaaS platform with the goal of providing a communicated marketplace for logistics professionals, where carriers establish a rate profile to provide their broker customer base with accurate, up-to-date, and instant rate and lane availability as defined by that carrier’s capacity.
How We Work
Carriers and brokers, depending on the plan, simply need to join the platform and fill out their profile based on that plan’s limitations. Companies have the option to establish not only their company profile, but each terminal or team within that company may also establish a terminal or team profile respectively. This allows both brokers and carriers to set up in a specific market or region and individualize their services as defined by their company. This also helps in promoting individualized services to promote your team’s or terminal’s overall work performance. All profiles will be accessible openly to any user that is part of your contact list or who is provided or tendered an offer or quote. This promotes transparency among the businesses participating in the platform. Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to vet your carriers or brokers to protect against fraud.
Once your profiles are established, brokers and carriers should then upload their respective carrier contact list or broker contact list to begin the process of either receiving rates from those brokers or tendering rate requests to those carriers. The contacts that you provide will be emailed, advising them that you will be using this platform to provide load tenders or rate quotes respectively. Each invite must sign up and/or be accepted by you or a member of your company to access your rate request or rate tender respectively. (See Total Access Plan Terms below)
Each subscription within Dramatics provides either a limited or unlimited version of how many active brokers or carriers may be used at one time within your company’s terminal. Additionally, brokers and carriers can both be rated internally within one’s company and even blocked within one’s terminal if either the broker or carrier determines it no longer wishes to do business. Furthermore, plans with Total Access plan members will be able to actively receive and give quotes platform – wide to other Total plan members, even if your company did not invite the broker or carrier. You will be allowed to turn this option off if you do not want to deal with any outside carriers or brokers having access to your request or tender. Doing so will restrict your interactions with the companies in your approved contact list.
Carriers will then need to set up their equipment and rate profiles. We at Draymatics have taken great joy and pain in constructing ways for carriers to build their rate profiles to match their respective individual businesses. Update pricing and FCS daily when you want to stay ahead of the competition. It is important that carriers be as accurate as possible in performing this function. Carrier profiles will be used to determine the type of freight, equipment they move, and the charges that they have associated with those moves. Any inaccuracies may cause carriers to be eliminated from the bidding process or provide the load tenderer an inaccurate rate. (CARRIERS: Please see “Carrier How To’s” or refer to your User Guide to help with this process)Carriers may use the Test Calculators to check the rate responses of the platform. Draymatics then goes to work for you, finding the best loads that match your business and tendering rate in seconds.
Brokers, you simply need to log in to your account to be able to access the platform, enter the load requirement and potential accessorial needs, and then let the platform work for you. Draymatics instantly finds you the best carriers, eliminating the carriers that are outside of the pickup area calculates the rate as determined by the carrier and lists them in an easy-to-filter list of potential carrier partners for your lane.
It is important to note, we set time parameters for the number of days rates will remain valid and a time limit for your response to an offer or request. This was done to ensure that you are giving your brokerage customer or your carrier partner your prompt attention.
Once your invites are out and your profile is established, Dramatics will do all the work for you. Our AI-driven platform will pair the brokers’ load with the optimal carriers, calculate the rate based on the carriers’ profile and tender an estimated offer to the broker. Brokers or carriers can then accept the rates or renegotiate for a lower rate using the platform’s chat function.
